high-speed voltage comparator
AS527-high-speed voltage comparator |
The AS527D (SOIC-14) is a high-speed voltage comparator with high speed
TTL gates and a precision linear amplifier on a single monolithic chip.
The AS527 is similar in design to the NE527 and is similar NE529 voltage
comparator except that it incorporates an “Emitter-Follower” input stage
for extremely low input currents.
|
FEATURES -
Pin-to-pin compatible with industry standard NE527 - 15 ns propagation delay
- Complementary output gates - TL or ECL compatible outputs - Wide
common-mode and differential voltage range - Typical gain of 5000
DESCRIPTION The AS527 is a high-speed
analog voltage comparator which mates Schottky diode technology with the
conventional linear process. This allows simultaneous fabrication of high speed
TTL gates with a precision linear amplifier on a single monolithic chip.
